These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 777rr platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777rr ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to all access and use of the 777rr website, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal and account management functions available through the platform. By accessing any part of the 777rr platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms may be updated periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms each time you access the platform to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

IMPORTANT: This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above only. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to register an account, place bets, make deposits or use any feature of this platform. Underage gambling is illegal and 777rr takes all reasonable steps to prevent it.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 777rr platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law; (c) not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; (d) not be acting on behalf of any third party without their express, written authorisation. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied and continue to be satisfied for the duration of your use of the platform.

777rr reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any account holder at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport, driver's licence or utility bill confirming your current address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified time may result in suspension of the account and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

WARNING: Providing false information during registration or verification — including misrepresenting your age, identity or location — is a serious breach of these Terms. 777rr reserves the right to immediately close any account where false information is detected, forfeit all balances held in that account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the 777rr platform. If we discover that the same person has registered multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds credited to those accounts will be forfeited, and genuine winnings held in duplicate accounts may be voided at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 777rr will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 777rr support immediately.

Clause 2.1

Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update your account details if your information changes. Inaccurate or outdated account information may delay KYC verification and could result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Clause 2.2

Account Closure by Player

You may close your 777rr account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad or bank account, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Clause 2.3

Account Suspension by 777rr

777rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity; any information provided by the account holder is false or misleading; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

777rr accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are credited to your 777rr wallet in real time. 777rr does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy protects players against unauthorised third-party withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777rr aims to process all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's systems.

Clause 3.1

Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though 777rr reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention measures. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits in account settings.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals require that: (a) your account has passed KYC verification; (b) any active bonus attached to your account has either been completed (wagering requirements met) or forfeited; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your real-money balance; (d) no ongoing security investigation applies to your account. 777rr reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of an identity or fraud investigation.

Note: 777rr does not accept cryptocurrency payments. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the supported Bangladeshi payment methods listed above. Do not attempt to send cryptocurrency to any 777rr wallet address — such transfers cannot be returned and will be permanently lost.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

777rr offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and expiry windows. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn. They must first be wagered the specified number of times across eligible games or markets before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 777rr monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it believes a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.

Clause 4.1

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. No extension of expiry periods will be granted.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Abuse

Any activity that 777rr considers to be abuse of its bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings through low-risk strategies — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of winnings derived from bonus funds, and potentially permanent closure of the account.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777rr platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check all bet details — including market selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. 777rr will not cancel a correctly placed bet because of a player's change of mind. Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded will be void and the stake returned.

In the case of obvious errors — for example, an incorrectly quoted price that is materially different from the true market price — 777rr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. 777rr also reserves the right to correct any bet settled at an incorrect price.

Clause 5.1

Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement window; the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; the odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous; or 777rr exercises its right to void under any other clause in these Terms. Voided bets do not count toward any wagering requirements.

Clause 5.2

Prohibited Betting Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension: using inside information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage; placing bets through automated betting software or bots; arranging match-fixing or colluding with other players or parties to manipulate the outcome of an event; and layering bets to exploit platform errors or bonus conditions. Any winnings resulting from prohibited activity will be voided and the relevant funds forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

777rr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive changes. A session time reminder can be configured to notify you after a set period of continuous play. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanently.

The following conduct is prohibited on the 777rr platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities: using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction connected to illegal activity; threatening, harassing or abusing any 777rr staff member or other user; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform's systems or data; and engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades or impairs the operation of the platform for other users.

If you are concerned that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, please contact our support team immediately. We can apply account restrictions, initiate a cooling-off period or process a self-exclusion request on your behalf. Gambling on 777rr is for entertainment purposes only and must remain within your means. For adults aged 21 and above only.

7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777rr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical errors, or interruption of service. 777rr's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money wallet balance at the time the claim arises.

777rr makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances outside our control (including force majeure events, telecommunications outages and government actions) may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising between a player and 777rr that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. By using this platform, you consent to this dispute resolution mechanism and waive any right to participate in a class-action proceeding against 777rr.

8. Amendments to These Terms

777rr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may close your account by contacting our support team. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
